About Us

At the age of 12, Kevin Monaghan started working part-time sweeping the floors at a local HVAC company in Hayden, ID. As time went on, Kevin started tackling new tasks at this job, and after a couple of years that grew into leaving high school at noon to go work in the sheet metal shop.

Kevin soon discovered sheet metal and the HVAC industry were his true calling. In 2004, Kevin struck out on his own, armed with the knowledge of years of on-the-job training, and Monaghan Mechanical was formed.

Over the years, we have grown into one of the most highly rated local HVAC companies in the area and strive to exceed our customers' expectations daily.

Kevin and his family currently reside in Hayden, ID, and are avid outdoor enthusiasts. From road trips to snowmobiling, the Monaghans are always ready for adventure!
